Review and Strengthen Your Thai Massage Foundation

This 5-day intensive course provides a personalized review and refinement of the 10-day beginner’s course. It is designed to strengthen your foundation and prepare you for advanced study.

This specialized course focuses on your development as a practitioner through attention to body posture, rhythm, and the ability to chose and apply appropriate techniques in real-time. The program emphasizes energy conservation, mindful presence, proper breathing, and the technical details that will improve your practice.

This course can be valuable if you are returning to our school after a long while and are planning to take one of the advanced courses. While retaking the full beginner’s course is usually the better choice in this case, your teacher’s opinion will be the best guide in determining which path is right for you.
